Feedback Market Research was founded in 2000 by Carolyn Copley. From our early beginnings working from a garage on the East Coast, the company has grown from strength to strength, now operating from purpose built offices and boasting an in house Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) suite of 20 stations.
We are an independent fieldwork agency that provides competitively priced, quality controlled quantitative fieldwork and qualitative recruitment. We are committed to delivering results on spec, on budget and on time, every time.
We have one of the largest independent fieldforces in the UK, with over 1000 interviewers who operate nationally through our network of 20 regional supervisors.
For quality control purposes, 10% of all interviewers’ work is back-checked. In addition, for Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) projects, our call monitoring allows us to check length and number of calls made.
All paper questionnaires are edited to check that questions have been correctly answered and CATI projects are monitored real-time to allow immediate identification of problems. All errors are returned to interviewers for recall and correction.
Data entry is checked by at least a 20% double entry policy and summary tables are produced. Hole counts are produced to check figures for projects where analysis is not required, when only data entry files are specified.
Similarly, tables are closely checked for accuracy and internal consistency.
Clients are given regular progress updates and log in details to our CATI platform so they remotely check on progress.
